Hi to all and thanks for letting me join in this group.  I love sewing, particularly making garments and home products.  I have the Lutterloh system and am experimenting with this.  I have a Bernina (new model as my 1630 motherboard died - sob  :'() and an overlocker.  I am based in the NW UK (Greater Manchester) and would love to contact like-minded neighbours.

Cheers

Trish

Lowena I'm using a different 'layout' for the forum and it doesn't show a lot of info in the avatar. I've changed back but I find the other one easier to navigate and I couldn't remember how I'd changed it!

I can see it now!

Hi Trishmor and welcome from me. I'm a very distant neighbour now being in Bedfordshire (the place few can point a finger at on the map, I couldn't previously) but I lived my youth and my years as a young mum in Lancashire so, although I've been down here for decades, I'm still a northerner.

And I can't for the life of me understand why they spell Ooop like that - when I read it, it rhymes with poop!!!  >:)
Hopefully back more regularly! Ballroom sewing may be permanently paused but bag making is the current focus.
