Hi all, thanks for allowing me to join the group  <3 I have done dressmaking since a child, taught by my lovely mam on her Singer treadle machine...wish I had it now! I have recently dabbled in patchwork and quilting, but have fallen in love with bag making. Looking forward to meeting you all and hearing about your projects x

Hi there Suzysu, welcome to TSP!  Look forward to seeing some of your projects.

Have a brew, and take a look around we're a friendly bunch here.

Welcome Suzysu from a former seamstress - my mojo went walkabout and never came back.

We are a helpful and friendly lot, so don't be shy and jump right in.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I learned to sew on a treadle machine many, many moons ago.

Hi Suzysu - it's nice to meet you. Welcome to TSP, and don't be a stranger on The Dark Side - you'll enjoy what you find. I am originally from Kent but now reside in damp and drizzly Cornwall  :S (today, at least).

Welcome Suzysu.  I keep wanting to dabble in bags but haven’t quite made the leap! Look forward to seeing your style and makes.

Hi Suzysu, and welcome. I'm another that learnt on a Singer treadle. it always amazes me that we sit in front of one after years and years away and still know exactly what to do.
