Interfacing?

Does £1.25 per mt sound too cheap for 36" lightweight fusable interfacing. I'm sceptical because the stuff I've been looking at today has been priced at £6 per mt upwards and I don't want to order a load if it turns out to be a load of rubbish! (No samples)

is it woven or non woven? I only use woven.

Maggies Fabrics on ebay are quite good, and even they are not as cheap as the one you are thinking of.

If I am making something special I go to the English Couture Company.

Sounds cheap to me. I'd rather pay more and get a decent result. I also use English Couture.  The interfacing is wide so not really expensive.

Thank you, this is exactly why I asked. I bought a full roll of Vilene some years ago which is now running out and I'm fairly sure it cost more per mt bulk even then, that's why the scepticism.
