Right ho- A line skirt, masses of tulle overlays [your mum will hate you for that], illusion mesh and lace keyhole back, V front.  When you say 'simple V neck' have you got any pics?  You aren't going to get all of that in one pattern of course, so you need to do the base dress, and embellish.

Probably start with a simple sweetheart gown, masses of tulle, illusion overbodice, and lace overlays where wanted.

You will need to get your underpinnings sorted asap, including a big foofy petticoat [don't make mum make that, they are cheap to buy, a pain to make]
Butterick 5184 or 5731 would be a good base

Have a look at Simplicity 8289. It has the keyhole back you like and the skirt is quite similar too (if you ignore the flounces on view A). It might look rather plain to be a wedding dress, but some lace and sequin motifs on the bodice would soon change that.
