The first pic you posted came up for me ok? It downloaded automatically though ( I use a MacBook), rather than just showing full length on the post straight away. Not sure if that info helps at all but I definitely have it showing full length.

Thank you Jessie, I'm going to wear it again today to go the hairdressers, I'll try and stay upright and not fall down the stairs as I did on Saturday on its first outing .
