Have just finished this but not sure what colour border to put on .its hope fully a kingsize
the Binding will be the strips I have left over.

That's lovely @Stitches  I think I'd opt for a red border, not too wide, but any of the three colours would work.

That's a large quilt for a first effort - well done. I agree with @Lowena that any of the three colours would work for a border. Looking forward to seeing it when you've finished.

I think I'd go for blue border / red binding or possibly vice versa.

I tend to leave it sit for a few days, where I will pass by, with strips of fabric in  possible border combinations.  I can usually decide which one I think works best then.
Life's too short for ironing.

@Stitches I agree with Ploshkin, a blue border with a red binding would look terrific. And, again, as Ploshkin suggested, I always leave my quilts lying about on my lounge room floor for a few days to audition different colours and combinations. Mr.Ruby has become very adept at tip toeing around them for days on end!! LOL.  Your quilt is lovely and what a size!! Well done....and however you finish it, it will be beaut. Post pics of your final choice! 0_0
