Hi,
Does anyone know of a really good tool for removing bobbles and fuzz from acrylic [wool] cardigans?
I have a "de-fuzz" it https://www.amazon.co.uk/Restora-FBA_DFUZ-d-Fuzz-it-Sweater-Fabric/dp/B001OXZB06 which is not very efficient.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in Advance.

I had one like that, but I found it just encouraged more bobbles to form.  Not good!

I used to have one that shaved the bobbles off rather than pulling them, and that was a lot better.  It was this sort of thing although not exactly the same.
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

I've also used the battery operated shaver type. You do have to redo it after a while because the fibres continue to shed and form bobbles. I have found that the ones with small heads are not really worthwhile, they take too long - you need one with a larger head.

I've used a razor in a pinch. Just be gentle!

The kind I use to shave my legs - not a plain blade.
