OK, baby quilt out of the way and back from hols to finish piles and piles of 4 patches!  All sewn, pressed and trimmed to 4.5 inches square.

Now on to Clue 3.  Have been looking forward to getting Fabric 6 in the mix!

Thanks.  I've never done a black background before.  I like my colours but I'm reserving judgment till it's all done.  I hope there are enough non black colours to keep it bright.  We'll see!   I guess that's why they call it a mystery quilt!

I had the same problem just count your sewn parts from the former clues and you should recognize, to which size you were going

I'm having trouble getting back into sewing but I do intend to carry on with this as soon as my errant sojo returns. Meantime I'm enjoying looking at everyone elses completed clues.

Yes, same here as Lantana.  I have done clue one but not taken pics yet so need to do clues two and three.  I spent today working on a quilt for DD2 as it has been around for a while and as she will be here next week for a night or two.  I thought that it would be good for her to be able to take it home with her and one less UFO for me here.  I will catch up on the mystery quilt, promise.

All caught up now!  40 perfect 4.5 inch hst's!  The yellow/orange splashy fabric is a bit brighter than the photo shows.

Now which of my three other unfinished quilts should I work on?  Or should I be doing some house cleaning?

Thanks Lanty, the table is a third hand old dining table ( 2 leaves but one is missing  )  No one else likes it but I love it and it's ideal for sewing
