I have started my Kantha stitched, "moongazing hare " I love the look of kantha and have seen it many times in West Bengal and Bangladesh, so I thought I'd have a go. If it turns out ok I'll post a pic..... not too sure at the moment  -< :| :D

We want a pic no matter how well you think it turns out. Think of it as a public service.
Hey Bill! Read the manual!  Hehehe.

my birthday present last year was a gorgeous handstitched Sashimo cushion from Lowena and hand quilting is her forte, the Moongazing Hare (a kit I coveted at FOQ) will be beautiful!

Precisely my point! And even if Low doesn't think it turned out well (rubbish) we still want to see it. She can hand stitch! More than I can say about myself...

This is the first front of a set of placemats I'm making as a present. You can't see the moon clearly, but there will be many more pics as we go along  :D :D  [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Is that green I see @Lowena?

Seriously it’s absolutely lovely and they will be very upmarket place mats. Far too nice to put plates on.
