I'm going to have to finish at least one garment a day if I'm to stash bust.
First up is a white poplin shirt, If I can lay my hands on the fabric.

I don't think stash busting means clearing your *entire* stash does it?!

All I am aiming for is to get mine down to the point where it fits inside my stack of plastic boxes! I don't want to buy another box apart from another one for my patterns. I am going to sew up the stripy T that is already cut out this pm, then I can start on the stash.
A day without sewing is a day wasted.

@Francesca This is where fabric hogs come in handy...you know all those crazy designs you love that take 18 meters of fabric.

If I have time, I want to recreate a mesh of Carl Kohler's A History of Fashion morning gown (page 346) figure 425/426 (front of the former, back of the latter).  Archive.org copy

@Francesca While I was being a bit tongue in cheek about it, I have several lengths of rayon challis I bought to make maxi dresses out of...and most of it has been there for 7 years or so.  Just making those would get rid of about 30 yards.

Am I the first?!! Cut out yesterday, sewn today. Tropical weight shirt for DH. Fine cotton lawn bought last June & then summer was over before I cut it. Pattern was made from his favourite summer shirt which I insisted went in the bin. Now to cut 2 more & start the production line. Features my new garment labels, a birthday present.

Think
I'll still be clearing my stash come New Year 2021 and that includes off loading it never mind using it. I'd offer some for sale on here but think most members can equal or even surpass my stash. :'(

I've dismantled the thing I tried to make my fabric into before Christmas, so I at least have flat fabric.  I haven't checked whether I have enough for my new plans though.
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

:'( I cut 2 more shirts, and found there was enough for a third :S I was going to return it to stash but DH said I might as well make an extra one :fish: so I have a sweatshop in my sewing room. I HATE HATE HATE making more than one of something (ok I made 5 superhero capes but they all had different initials appliqued on) humph.

@Francesca Sounds like a good plan to repair, but I got to thank you for the picture and pattern number.  Its one I didn't notice when it was out the first time and it would be a good summer dress.

As to being behind...I won't get to my studio until Saturday at the earliest.  Got dinner here today, doctor visit for DD tomorrow, one for OH the third and I have a wholesale order to pick up that day.  Everything on the third is an hour and a half away, so it's a full day.
