I think there is a flap on that pocket that has got pushed inside causing the effect. (That always happens when I wear a coat with flaps and welts - I usually end up with one flap in and one flap out  :S )

Thanks, I never thought of that, it just looked a bit wide for what would have been a very expensive coat.
