I haven't, not my style.
By the number of versions that come up on google images it's popular. Overall I prefer the versions where the pattern has been adapted from loose fit to at least semi-fitted.
Looks like a quick sew.

I made 2 last summer. I like the style but unless you are very short it will come above your knees. When you lift your arms up it exposes a lot of leg.
I added about 4 inches to the second one, but would like a bit more I think. I am 5'5", and well past flashing thighs.

Thanks those are both useful comments. I'm 165cm so I'd have to add length too. I'm going to order the hard copy so I can play around with the fit. I want to keep it loose but not sack-like!
