Prague chenille curtains

Hi, I am making curtains from Prague Chenille. They will be window sill length as I have radiators. I find the fabric really difficult, as the pattern is slightly irregular and the thickness of the fabric varies. Can anyone point me to advice or tutorials for working with this type of fabric?

I had to Google Prague Chenille!  It looks to be heavyweight "ready-made darkside" (aka patchwork) fabric.  Whilst it looks lovely I bet it is really difficult to work with.  Rather you than me!

All I can suggest is a large working area and use lots of pins to hold it before you sew.

Have you found MyDecozo ?  That's a forum specialising in curtains and home furnishings.  You are more likely to find someone on there with experience of the Prague Chenille fabric.
