@Goth Gardiner That pretty much sums up my whole feelings on it. I like it, I loved the day long puzzle of figuring out how to do it, but McQueen did it better. But for a gal in a rural area, it's just weird enough to be interesting and not the same old hoodie everyone wears and as someone that sews for a living, pretty good advertisement.
@BrendaP The whole of it was made of one piece of fabric, so calling it origami is probably close. Not how I achieved it, but then I didn't want the fullness and I hated the back of the garment. I replicated the idea enough to get what I wanted without the massive poof...and it also made it more wearable imo. My OH quit griping how much he hated it when I did the 1/4 scale.
@crafter Waitrose is like our Kroger I think...one of the few places here that we go to see and be seen...and it would actually fit right in, so go figure that!
