Ideas for Indian cotton fabric

I love Anokhi-style Indian printed cottons and have made several dresses and tops from this.  My husband is buying me 4 5-metre lengths s for my birthday and I am looking for more patterns to make these up.  Because they are block printed, the patterns look best if there are tucks or gathers to hide the imperfections. 

So far I have used them to make:
Deer & Doe Myosotis dress (in a midi length - I don't do knee length - with longer sleeves)
McCall 7324
New Look 6448
I plan to make the Closet Case Charlie caftan in this as well

Can anyone offer more pattern suggestions, please?

How about the Tessuti Milenda?  It has tucks down the centre front that open up at the waist.
