Just started here and already I have a question! What is 'Karma' as listed in my Profile? (I know what Karma is, in general, just wondering what it means here.) >< TIA

By pressing the thumbs up next to someone’s post, you can send them positive karma.  We had it before we were able to like individual posts, but I use it more as an expression of friendship, sympathy or agreement.

Not sure what the thumbs down is for though.   ;)
