Thanks for the reminder Im.  He's a lovely bear, I must try harder to achieve something acceptable.

The tutorial I found, shows some really good techniques, which will make things a bit easier.  I just seem to have a mental block about toys  - I've got an unfinished Unicorn somewhere, and it's a very strange shape...

I’ve just downloaded a pattern for an elephant (free via Lady Sew and Sew) which I hope to make.
