) preclude sewing or any crafts, to be honest; but I cannot wait for cooler weather when I can spend lovely cool afternoons cursing happily to myself and sewing wonky seams!
@Lachica : Actually, you don't sound moany at all. I know what you mean. Much as I love the summer here (am a bit of a lizard these days) I would not want to live near the sea. I live in a small village nestled in the mountains about 40 kms from the beach. I love the
availability of the beach, but would hate to live on the coast, as there are sooooo many people on holiday; no offense meant by this, I just love the solitude of the beach in winter.
