I needed some blue machine embroidery thread, as, despite having numerous blues, not one was the right shade.  Pluch Addict was the only place I could find for next day delivery, so I ordered five different colours, and paid a bit extra for Royal Mail 24 delivery.
I was a bit worried as I had no confirmation from them that they had my order, never mind any email to say they'd sent it, but the order turned up this morning, so well done them
