Fun with labcoats

I am a retired Science teacher and still have a couple of perfectly good lab coats.  I use them as aprons, since they cover your clothing quite well. (Better than actual aprons, in fact.)

So I had some fun embroidering one today. I love the designs and will do my other lab coat tomorrow.

DD is an art teacher and was looking for something to wear over her clothes when in college ....these would be ideal, she could print all over them.

When I was about 14 we were supposed to have an old (oversize/man's) shirt as a cover-up for art lessons.

My friend and I jazzed ours up by hunting out printed copies of autographs of all the pop stars of the day and copied them onto our shirts.  I went one further and embroidered over them!!!  I just wish I still had that shirt.  8) :S

I wish you did, too. I’d have loved to see a picture.
