I really like the look of the new style arc dress pattern.
Am wondering how difficult an FBA would be?

I like it too, but I'm  not so sure about the sleeve. Still could always do it with a plain one I guess.

I tbink this must be the Gertrude dress which looks fab. Don't know how to do a FBA on it as I 've never had that problem! I agree that the unruched sleeve looks better.

There are princess seams, so I would have thought you could do an FBA in the ordinary way, even with the dropped shoulder. I agree it looks better with the plain sleeve.
I would like it in a very drapey fabric or the sides would stand out too much for my taste.

I liked the look of it but getting the weight of fabric just right would be critical. I don't like the way the shoulder seam pokes out on the real person but too drapey and it would just be a hangy, shapeless thing I think.
I'm always wary of dropped shoulders anyway because I have very narrow shoulders and I can look as if I'm wearing my big sister's dress.  :(
