I have TWO of these for sale.
Looking for £8.00 each with Postage estimated at £3.00 each for small parcel 2nd class.
The first picture is attached here.
I will need to post another message with the 2nd picture.

Attached is a description which explains which machines they are compatible with:

Would this be the right attachment for a 99K?

I wish I could answer that question but TBH I am not certain ...
Maybe some of the vintage exports (like @Roger or @b15erk ) might be able to answer?

it is fine for a 99 :) but you'll need to remove the thread cutter according to: https://www.singersewinginfo.co.uk/simanco/86718/

I've not tired this buttonholer, but they are supposed to produce really lovely buttonholes, and this ones are far more variable around length, but only makes straight buttonholes - its generally good advice to run it round once adjust the bight to slightly wider and run it round again.
