I don't really know what I want - I am not a designer. I need clever people who are designers to design something to tempt me. What I particularly need is designers who are clever enough to design something that looks good on short, dumpy older people and not just thin young ones. I do like the look of the retro, waisted coat, it's lovely,  but by the time you have added several sizes on and cut 8 inches + off the bottom it isn't going to look nearly as nice as the illustration and certainly wouldn't flatter me.

I think there are some lovely pieces in that collection.  As a working person, I like clothes that are comfortable, easy to put on and still look great.  I'm not a suited and booted person, never have been.  When I was required to wear that kind of clothing (millions of years ago), I would wear a tailored jacket with a jersey dress.  I could never wear a blazer/pencil skirt kind of suit.  Love the first dress, and I also love the pieces @Francesca picked out.
