Nope that was my idea of some irregular negative space ...
I did it on the first two strips, then completely forgot about the idea when I came back to the project after a months procrastinating ... So yes, a mistake made, but not the extra wide white spaces.   heheheheheheheh

 I see the sashing isn't of equal width on all the columns but it looks fine to me, but then I was never a fan of mathematical precision. I love the randomness.

The sashing on the Columns is intended to spread at 1/2" increments ...

3 1/2 ... 3 ... 2 1/2 ... 2 ... 1 1/2 ... 2 ... 2 1/2 ... 3 ... 3 1/2
