My mum has an angel/fairy on top of her tree that has no head.

Absolutely beautiful Stitches you are inspiring me to go and have a try - last year and this year I wanted to try my hand at some bauble covers just like Datcat has made, but having gone through all my baubles they are all too small for the design.  So perhaps next year and if I remember to start early enough and go shopping armed with measurements of the design and a ruler and tape measure - will I be allowed to measure before I buy??

It's FSL but I used 2 layers of wedding net under to try and give it some body on the wings

That is gorgeous - and beautifully done.  I have a pattern for a 3d angel for my machine, but I have never managed to get around to making it, and it isn't as nice as that one anyway.
