It’s been a long time...

Since I knit anything. Approx 35 years ago, I took up knitting when I stopped smoking!
I wanted a mustard scarf. This is Debbie Bliss cashmere and wool tweed. Blocked and nearly dried

I tend to get the urge every four years or so, usually in  winter.  Last thing I made looked lovely on the model but the short sleeves and the shoulders were too big on me.  The thing with sewing I can adjust for my narrow shoulders, knitting, I just follow the pattern other than on the length.  I don't think I'll be going there again, although I have kept all the needles.

That is a lovely scarf though, I do like how you have done the edges.

It's gorgeous. I've just returned to knitting after more than 30 years too. I've always crocheted but my bad neck was stopping me from doing any so DH bought me a set of circular KnitPro's for Xmas. It's weird that I can knit without pain but not crochet. Am thoroughly enjoying it. Your yarn looks beautiful too.
