I found this while I was looking for something else, and it looks a like a really simple dress.  Perfect for the summer. 

Simple to download, and looks pretty straightforward.

It's a beginner pattern and she's got a full tutorial online for it. Really recommend!

A beginner sewing friend is making this for her second ever garment - and doing an fba! She's on her second toile at the moment and is very impressed with the clear instructions.
