I'm looking at the Peggy's Stitch Eraser and at the exorbitant price. Do you think there is any difference between it and a normal electric beard clipper? :sew:

Wow, that’s expensive. I can understand the price if it’s a heavy duty motor for industrial use.

For domestic use, just buy some ordinary cordless beard Trimmers, not Clippers. Clippers are bigger and heavier.

You can buy very cheap basic models from Amazon.

No. You are indeed weird.  I unpick so infrequently that the original seam ripper I got in my teens is still sharp enough to use. Another 40 years and I might replace it.

Thanks for the replies. Yes I'll get a bog standard clipper and see how I go. I'll report back here. I like clipping all the jump threads on the back of my work, that relaxes me too  :meow:
