Sewist (https://www.sewist.com/) currently have a Halloween sale with all their custom patterns (ie made to your measurements) at 99c.  I'm not sure how long the sale lasts, because today is Halloween!

Thanks for that - I've been struggling to try to make a pattern to line my waterproof trousers, just printed one off, let's hope it fits.  Worth a try for less than a pound.
