Postie has just been with not one but two very pretty mug rugs from @Kitten .
Also a rather nice card with a crossword and a word search included so I will have something to do when I christen it with my coffee mug later.
The colours Kitten has chosen are absolutely perfect and the card will grace my happy beam later.

My head hurts!
I need more fabrics if I do all the blocks this year and I don’t usually buy quilting fabrics on line but as I’m not going anywhere for the foreseeable future, needs must.
I’ve just spent ages on Doughty’s site and am getting nowhere. Too much choice makes me indecisive.
What other sites should I check out?

Had a bit of a meltdown this morning, not like me at all. So hied myself off to the sewing room and followed Imi’s intructions and feel so much better now!
Must decide on a border fabric and get it ordered whilst I still can.

In the wardrobe / Topstitching

Tomorrow I am picking up some cotton duck in black with the intention of making another of This.
My intention was to use red buttons and topstitching but on looking through the stash I only have suitable buttons in sets of 5 rather than the six I need, but did find some rather nice black and white houndstooth check ones that would look good.
If I use these I can't decide what colour topstitching to do, I have a feeling white would look tacky somehow.
If I do change my mind and use the white, if I used poly thread it shouldn't pick up the colour from the black should it?
