I'm sure this has been asked before but how do I send a personal message in reply to one I've received? All I've managed to do is send the original message back to the sender!

When you read your PM there should be a green box at the top right, labelled 'Actions'. Click on this and it will give you the options of 'Reply', 'Quote', 'Delete'.
Choose either of the first two and you will get a posting box - very much the same as for posting on the forum. Write your message in there and click on 'Send Message'.
If you're quoting the message make sure you post your own message outside the quote tags to avoid confusion.
