Fran, in the rules you said
3) Voting will close midnight 30th April 2017.

I think that's a bit of copy and paste which didn't get properly edited (something I'm often guilty of doing).
Should it say 31 May 2017 ?

Good spot. I have adjusted it. It was leftover from the last voting session.
