That looks lovely. I like the different textures. I'm another one that likes long enough jumpers/tops. Can't be having with a cold midriff.

I used my digitiser to correct the last bit of stitching on the last block, transferred it to usb and restitched the wrong bit. Looks ok now. Still debating leaving it at these 24 blocks or doing another row. I need to lay them all out and see what it looks like.

Well, I probably won't get my jacket finished. 
I have very little left to do on it but have no impetus to finish it as I've fallen out of like with it. I've got family coming tomorrow but if they leave early enough I may just be able to do it tomorrow but it's looking unlikely at the moment.

I've got an extension table on my 6600 and love it. It stops things dragging and gives a bigger work area. My Pfaff has one of those acrylic thingummies as it's in a Horn cabinet so I'm used to a big space. My embroidery machine also has an extension table to support the bigger hoops. Only my overlocker and my 350e don't have extension tables. My extension tables came with the machines apart from the Pfaff Horn cut out so I'm not sure on prices.

I've stitched out another block. This one took some finagling as I incorporated two embroideries to personalise it. I moved my jacket if that counts.

I've been sewing!! I did two more blocks and started to add the covering for the hood /jacket seam. Thought I was getting on well until I realised I'd caught the hood in the seam so had to unpick it all. Harrumph.

I think wide legged trousers/culottes/palazzo would be good. Does the fabric have much drape? That will affect the final pattern you choose and waist finishing. Looking forward to see what you decide.

I found Winwickmum an excellent site and pattern. I've used this for my socks as well as for the males in my family.
