Does anyone know a supplier for Emery filled pin cushions (it keeps the pins sharp).
I've looked on Amazon and Minerva, but can't easily identify one.
I wondered if anyone knows a supplier (maker)?
Thanks in advance
Annie

Are you looking to make one and need the emery or are you looking for ready made?
-
I bought emery powder on line and made my own pin cushion as I couldn’t find a ready made one.

@Celia
I'm looking for a ready-made one.
@So Chic I realise I can buy emery filling and make it, but I was really looking for one ready-made.

I've heard of emery boards for filing finger nails but didn't know it was a 'thing' to use for pincushions.
Every day's a school day.

Bought emery pincushions are usually quite small - like the strawberry attached to a larger cushion - because the emery is only used for sharpenning dulled pins, not for routine use/storage.

Just browsing and found this thread - You learn something every time on this site - never knew what the little strawberry dangler was on my tomato pincushion - now I does! :)
