Title: Simplicity 5314
Post by: fajita on September 20, 2019, 00:36:58 AM
I made myself a dressing gown. I'm wearing it now. It won't win any competitions but is just what I wanted.
I couldn't get it smooth around the neck and front bands, but I can live with it.

Material is from Doughtys in Hereford. 'Unknown Cats Glow in the dark Grey'.

Do those glow in the dark fabrics do what the name suggests?

It looks great, I love the fabric, well done. I have made 3 dressing gowns with this pattern.

Thankyou.

@Ploshkin I've not noticed them glowing as yet, but have not actually tested them. If they don't, I can live with it.

Empress Mills have a number of what they call "interactive fabrics" including glow in the dark. I don't know how they compare price-wise
