I have upset someone I guess, and my picture won't load, having "failed security check"?!?!?! :ninja:
-
Is it naughty? 0_0
-
Is it a particularly large file? And does it have a particularly long name?
-
No, to both questions - it's only a pic of my latest make !!

@Catllar: upload it to Lunapic (https://www140.lunapic.com/editor/) and then follow the little tute I wrote below.
1. Save your picture to your computer desktop (or somewhere you can find it easily).
2. Use the Browse folder in Lunapic to find the image you want to upload.
3. You will see that you have options to crop, scale or rotate. If the image is large, pick scale and reduce.
4. APPLY the resultant new size.
5. Scroll to the bottom for the Save options and click on Imgur.
6. Copy everything in the Image URL window and use the link to repost the image using the picture icon in reply.

Thanks very much, I'll give that a go, but it's not playing at the moment - how long should it take to upload an image??
-
If it can't upload in a short amount of time it'll show a timeout message. What is the exact error message you get?

A big file can take a while to upload to Lunapic, but it could be that the server is busy.

It says " Your attachment has failed security checks and cannot be uploaded. Please consult site administrator"

OK so it's not related to file size, more to the file itself. For some reason the security software that allows you to place files on our server has some issue with your particular image.
Is there any way you can re-save it? Edit it, make a new copy? Chances are that may clear any perceived "flaw" with the image's security.
Also what file extension is it? JPG? PNG? GIF?

It's a Jpg and exactly the same as all the other ones that have loaded. I'll try another one.
Now that one worked! Sadly it's not the picture I wanted as it hasn't the full impact of the print, but it's better than nothing to give the idea.
Thanks for your help girls!
