Well, yes. Yve finds the time to make lovely things. Ohsewsimple whipped through her stash during lockdown. Others are producing from the looks of their diaries.
I fear you may be just a mere beginner at the fabric stash game, compared to some on here

Ive been strugging to find suitable books for DGD and those Michael Morpurgo books seem just right so 2 will be in her Cnristmas Stocking
I've made the Parker coat and it's a great pattern @SewRuthieSews . I'm not really aware of the dropped shoulder. Really easy to sew. No lining of course but I made it in boiled wool and I close it with a kilt pin. Definitely recommend it.
I prefer crochet to knitting.
