Title: need to re-pad my dressform - help!

I`ve lost weight (not intentionally - I`ve not been well) and need to re-shape my dressform but can`t find the instructions I used to do it in the first place.

 Please can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial
(It`s an Adjustoform and I`ve got some batting and a stretchy cover for it)

I bought a Craftsy course, when I made mine, which was very good.

Thanks Holly - I have now found a Threads tutorial which looks ok - I`ve just got to find a bra that fits and some lentils!
