I have one and find it brilliant for getting into tricky places.

I have bought and downloaded from the Russian site without any problem.  They are so much cheaper than the other countries especially since the prices have risen.

I haven't made this one but Waffle patterns are very well drafted.

I was not at all tempted to part with my money for this ill fitting garment.

@CraftyIrish, I can email you the files for other fastenings for the Worsley Wallet.  My version uses a magnetic snap.

Thank you for the likes.  I have taken a photo to show how neat the flower magnet clasp is.  I bought it ages ago at a show and had to Google to find out how to get it to work - the flower part unscrews from it's base for fixing.

I have finished my Worsley Wallet and love it.  I discovered after much trial and error that a microtex needle works best on waxed cotton fused to Decovil heavy.  I love it and would like to make a cork one next. The waxed cotton was gifted to me by @dolcevita after she had finished the Merchant and Mills Factotum.

@CraftyIrish I love that book cover - another rabbit hole to fall down I fear.  I have also started crocheting a Baby Groot having been inspired by your avatar!!!

I love those wallets.  I am halfway through my first Spencer Ogg pattern - the Worsley Wallet.  I hope mine comes out as well as yours.

Technical Help / Re: Lining a wool/cashmere cloak?

One thing to be aware of is that a slippery lining will make it slip off your shoulders.  A silk might give you the best of both worlds.

I made the Platypus about 10 years ago and found it a really well drafted pattern.  I made it for our then new puppy so it was about the same size as her.  She still plays with it now.

I made Billie hooded wearable blankets from the free pattern on Do It Better Yourself.  They have gone down so well that the 3 recipients - all working from home - have not taken them off.

Another Juki fan here.  I had an F600 for years and last year upgraded to a DX7 and love it.  I have a similarly priced Bernina (550) but there is not comparison for garment sewing. Go for the Juki with it's boxfeed.

@dolcevita what a wonderful coat.  I'm afraid you won't get to wear it for a few weeks yet  because we have just plumbed in our waterbutt.
