Lovely selection of fabrics, but owner is retiring and so closing down sale going on NOW October 3rd 2019. Printed fabrics at 1/2 price.

I went there today to buy an odd 60cm of something I was short of, to find the place heaving, and the closing down sale notices up. Apparently it was in her newsletter/email, but I don't get that.
I guess it lasts until it's all gone or the lease runs out? She is retiring. That's all I know.
Reductions on everything, print fabrics are at 50% but minimum cut of anything 1metre.
Just thought anyone within distance might like to know

They have out of the usual stuff, American and Japanese fabrics
Its all very sad, Cant she sell it as a going concern ?

Although I'm not on FB - I see that they do have a notice there peaking about the closing down sale.

Eh? I am the person that bought a measly nothing at the Road Show. Cup of tea and slice of lemon drizzle don’t count.
It appears she IS selling the shop as a going concern so maybe, just maybe, someone will buy it.
