I keep trying to post a photo but it's saying it's invalid.
I only have a mobile as my tablet has decided not to work.

Here I am in the SR.
I have finally managed to patch the patches that I was struggling with yesterday.

The quilt currently measures 60 x 60. I need to make it 60 x 72. I have some sashing to go around and am thinking of extending the other 2 sides using HST's if I have enough fabric scraps.  The ones I'm thinking of using are 5 ins x WOF mostly.  I want to add a bit of zing so  ::thinks::

I've spent a lot of time patching up the patchwork. Not as easy as it sounds :headbang:

A bit thin in the SR's today. I've been up there getting nowhere fast.
Think I've done it now but will look tomorrow with fresh eyes

The main runner is sandwiched and the coasters and plate at are waitling to be sandwiched
. I first thought could have everything ready to go but its not possible.  I can see errors if I continue

Yes  @Ouryve . Should be after 6 weeks.

So brain has to get used to a different perspective on the world so I have been trimming my 4x4  blocks to an equal size ie 8 1/4"
The HST blocks I made to go alongside them are only 7.5" so looking for inspiration now.
Don't want to set up machine today just need ideas.

A lovely weeping wil low.
I used to do a lot of cushions like that. I  fact i still have a couple of kits lurking somewhere.

The cushion I use in the SR is one and a couple on a sofa.
There is a big one half finished as well,  still strung somewhere.

Just come down from SR.
Sky is darkening so son with damaged hand has asked if I'll drive him to surgery for a dressing change
I have done more than for a couple if weeks  and runner is beginning to look like,a runner and not a lot of unpicked blocks.
As I missed yesterday I'll maybe use tomorrow afternoon for sewing.  Can't see gardening being done
