After seeing a beautiful white 221K at the sewing group I decided I need one! :) The lightweight will be ideal for me to take out instead of my heavier ones as I have problems lifting.
If anyone is wanting to sell one please let me know. It's minefield out there :S :vintage:

White ones are more difficult to find and probably cost more...starting price will be around £250 upwards, there’s a few on eBay.

Thanks @Efemera although white is pretty I don't mind a black one but all the ones I see are too far away and the one I do like is collection only, they don't want to post :( :vintage:

I do seriously have one for sale. I bought it a couple of years ago on a whim (I went to collect a Janome I'd bought on ebay from a collector of sewing machines, and ended up taking away the Janome and a Featherweight.)
I've used it only once since I bought it.
I can supply serial number and pictures if you're interested ...

I put an offer in on the bay for a black one and it has just been accepted! >< :vintage: Hope I haven't made a mistake :ninja:
They were asking for 275 and I offered 240! Ooer!

Congratulations ! @Lilian
I assume that means you don't need photos of my machine? :)

240 is a good price....they are lovely little machines.

I paid £150 for mine but that was decades ago. I have had my money’s worth several times over. It is absolutely wonderful to bring anywhere if you can get by with a straight stitch. It doesn’t take much space to store it and you will have it for life. Enjoy it.

It has a lot of feet in a singer box and the case looks tidy too. Can't wait for it to arrive :) :vintage:
