Title: Moda scrap bag
Post by: Snowgoose on May 30, 2017, 12:59:31 PM
Please can you suggest a very, very simple, beginner friendly project using one bag of Moda scraps, the selvedge edge bags of scraps?  Thanks so much  :flower:

Log cabin blocks are probably the way to go. Can do a variety of designs depending on how you stitch the blocks together. And they always look impressive :)

I did a French Braid baby quilt from a scrap bag and that worked well.  Unfortunately I forgot to get a photo before I gave it as a present.

I got a YouTube link this morning to a MSQC tutorial

and thought that might work for the other bag of scraps I've got.

What I can't understand is if the fabric is cut for jelly rolls, how come they have selvedge edges spare.
