Title: A pattern to make something like this blouse...

In my search for something else, I came across this blouse (https://www.floryday.com/Floral-Casual-Long-Sleeve-Blouses-m1283276) whichj I love, but not the colour so much.
I'm sure I've seen a similar pattern, but cannot remember where, any ideas please?

Thank you @b15erk , it's the high gathered waist, princess seams and sleeves I'm after.  So the whole design really  0_0

Just what I was going to suggest and the sleeves would be easy to re-create!
