for the Thursday evening ticket, on the door £9.50, from K&S web site £8 or from Groupon £6. With this ticket you can access the show 3pm - 7pm
I always go Thursday evening as it is so much easier to get around the show and actually get near the exhibitions and stalls without having to battle the crowds.

Let me know what you thing of the Harrogate 'leg'.  I was a little disappointed with Ally Pally (could be because I had no money to spend  :( ) and was glad that I didn't pay the full price.  As I no longer work, I go on the first day and aim to be at the doors an hour or so after opening.  There are no crowds to fight through and the temperature in the halls haven't risen to hellish.
