I've used this company twice in recent weeks, for new knitting needles, and I am very pleased with the service.
I received my first order, for 2 pairs of Addi circulars in two days, even though they were ordered late afternoon.
My Knitpro Nova, Metal Interchangeable Needle De-Luxe set, was again two days, but free as it was over £25.
One of the cables is not screwing on all the way, so another will be on its way to me on Monday.
Communication was quick and decisive, and I'm pleased.

I've also used Woolstack a couple of times and found them excellent.
