Phew I just got it done in time ...

May I present

Aprils Occasional Partially Paper Pieced Block of the Month

Aprils Block (https://photos.app.goo.gl/X09ImXCsQSoXKKdw2)

I have chosen to make this using three Colours of fabric plus a light background fabric

but there is no reason why you can't use just two colours,
go mad and use four or have a dark background, its your choice!

I really will try and have a go at that one - it's so pretty in those colours.  I nearly had a panic attack when I saw the first picture though!

Serendipity!
My next project was decided upon this morning while my laptop was in hospital and I was driven to reading magazines.  8)
I found a lovely pattern in one mag, found a similar template in another and now, lo and behold, there is the very wee pp square complete with instructions on this!!!

The first pattern I downloaded (all PP) is of something remarkable similar and in about 6 parts but I didn't think I would have been brave enough to inflict it on you poor peeps ..... tho Fajita might be up for it!!!!

It will be great to see how you interpret this one ... I just went with the colours in a bird of paradise flower but there no rule saying that you have to.

My bird of paradise plant has been sitting, sulking in the conservatory for years. It has only flowered once so maybe if I make this block it will encourage the plant to flower again. :S I hope so because it's stunning when it's in full bloom. :) :flower:

If you click on modify, then click on 'attachments' at the bottom, remove the tick from the box and save the post, the attachment should drop off.

I did try that. It was coming up with two copies of the pic. When I de-ticked it it went down to one pic which I couldn't budge. I think I have brain scramble today. But not to worry. Warts and all, always to be applauded, lol.
