Would it be possible to change the title so the 'no more' is struck through, with 'fixed' written after it?
So it says:
My Bernina 930 Record went 'pertwang' and now the basting stitch is no more FIXED!...
Hoping this can be done, as the original title is gloomy, and there is a happy ending after all.

Dont think so MC, :(
If you look in the Sewalong forum there are a couple of threads relating to the Mystery Quilt that I somehow bodged up and no one could post in. I cant work out how to delete the thread or change the title...
Frans the Whizz kid, you'd be better off pming her

I think you need to edit your first post and change the title, then make another post at the end, and change the title above the posting box when you do that - then, unless someone replies to one of the intervening posts it should appear with the new title.

Imenei and Acorn - I did what Acorn suggested and yes, editing the title in the first post seems to have worked - thank you!
(Edit to add - although only 'normal' font was do-able in the title, so no strike-through, but at least it is a happy thread title now :))

Thank you Acorn,
Maybe you could explain how to do that in simple steps in the tech section for future queries???

I have done Imi... and in the process I put it in the wrong place, where it's waiting to be deleted. :|
I posted it in the right place as well so it doesn't need moving.

Hi there,
You indeed can! Just edit the first post of the thread :)
