I have seen it before and I thought at first she was going to have a fire sale, but not so.

I'd be worried some of it would look dated. If I had that much, to be honest DH would think I'd lost the plot.

Good grief! If I lived to be a hundred I couldn't sew all that up

That’s quite a bit of fabric!

My friend Debra had more than that, all organized. A sewing room, two fabric storage rooms and a hall closet both up and down stairs.
She was a very bad influence. She taught me the phrase "I'll take the bolt" and made me practice. Thank heavens a full bolt of most fabric at joann's is 6 yards.
She is completely responsible for what I call the Fabric Feeding Frenzy, a week to ten day period over which I somehow purchased a little over 300 yards of fabric. :o In my defense we scored some stunning deals, right place at the right time. We got dupioni and good upholstery tapestry for $2-3 yard.
Mind you I think I sew up 10-15 yards in a typical year. :faints:

Wow. Somehow my enormous stash seems far more reasonable now!

Well it's tidy and stored according to colour so she's doing better than I am!
-
Wow! Hope she gets to use most of it.

Most I ever buy is two meters at a time unless I have something in mind that needs more.
