Ok, I've got the first piece made today and the second bit cut out.
-
That's quick @Catllar !
I've got a plan. Jeans in bright blue denim, a t shirt top in midblue black and white pattern ,and a jacket in a velvet blue grey ponte. I haven't decided what sort of t shirt to make, maybe a hack of two SA ones I've got.
-
@Starryfish I don't hang about! Neither do I do complicated , so my little top only took a couple of hours. I've toiled the pants so they'll go fast too. Only one still to go is the new cardigan pattern.
-
Oh I came back to the site at the right time! I just cut out an oversized hoodie (DP Studio pattern) and nice joggers (Named Clothing pattern). Fancy organic jersey. So I just need one item to match...

@cakeymcdoodle perhaps a nice tank top or sports bra for under the hoodie?
-
I don't think I've ever made a hoodie with a kangaroo pocket before and it might have broken my brain
-
Update in case any one was worried: I figured out the pocket (it's ingenious!) and my brain is fine again.
Hoodie is going well. No progress on the trousers except for fabric is cut.

I've cut out my trousers but they've been held up whilst I finished an order for a little local clothes shop. Finished the last piece today so can sew for me tomorrow!
The jacket is going to have a touch of Alabama Chanin on it somewhere.

I’m a little late to the party but have decided to participate! With 2 simple pieces and then a more challenging 3rd piece.
Here’s my choice of fabrics;
On the left, a fine stretch suiting to make into my TNT Kwik sew pencil skirt
Middle, silk crepe de chine covered in bows, begging to be made into a pussy bow blouse!
And on the right, silk chiffon which will be made up into the Love Notions Harmony Blouse (either with the flutter or petal sleeve)
I’ve cut and begun sewing the skirt, only to discover I’m all out of my favourite stretch lining, so while I’ve finished the outer skirt, it will have to go aside until I can go and buy more.
Tomorrow’s job will be to cut out the Harmony blouse pattern and fabric.

I finished the jacket today. Will try to get some pix tomorrow and put together the entry. I have to brace myself for adding photos - always a challenge. :scream:

OK third time of trying! Catllar's entry. First piece, simple self drafted sleeveless etokri woven blue with a touch of random green cotton. French seamed as it's light fabric. Trousers are etokri navy linen. No problems really as I'd toiled this for the pants sew along. It's Tessutti pattern and I just pleated the hem to give a bit more interest. [ You are not allowed to view attachments ] The jacket is a Love Notion Metra jacket and I made it from French terry. First time both for the pattern and the fabric. The pattern has an interesting but not very nice pocket construction - no real pocket bag just limited by the seam, which includes a princess seam and the welt construction was odd to say the least. Inspired by BrendaP's Alabama Chanin jacket I used the same technique to add something to the side front panel

Can't get this darn jacket pix to load.. I'll try again:

Well well well. Probably can do better but I've made a first attempt using the Lunapic App.
-
Here's the cut reverse appliqué juzzed up with a bit of embroidery. I freehanded the cut shapes and the backing is pale grey chinese character patchwork cotton.

The image address - https://i.imgur.com/aYx2LiX.jpg - was embedded by clicking on Mona Lisa and pasting.

Where was I supposed to find the elusive Mona Lisa ? Is she on the Lunapic or hiding elsewhere??
-
On the set of buttons above the posting box on here! The first button on the second row is a picture of the Mona Lisa - very much shrunk - and puts image tags around whatever you have selected.
-
Found it! That should help. I'm getting to grips with this now, thanks all of you!

Your outfit looks so stylish @Catllar

Thank you Charley. all the pieces fill gaps in my existing wardrobe.
-
I've finished my 3PAC, now to take pics as I've had my hair cut and coloured!
-
If you have finished your 3 piece collection but not yet posted the pictures, please can you do so and I'll see if we have enough entries for voting.
Cheers Ruthie
